How to create a readable PDF from images
JPG to PDF is helpful for photos of receipts, handwritten work, IDs and scanned documents. The most important step happens before conversion: take or choose a clear image. A PDF cannot restore text that is blurry, cropped or hidden in shadows.
Prepare your images first
Use good lighting, place the document on a flat surface and make sure all four corners are visible. Crop out unnecessary backgrounds. Keep images in the order the reader should see them, then check that no page is upside down.
Choose the right image quality
Very high-resolution photos can create oversized PDFs. For ordinary text documents, a clear medium-sized image is usually easier to email and upload. For photographs or certificates with fine detail, use a larger image and check that the final PDF remains within the receiving website’s upload limit.
Check before sharing
After downloading, zoom in on small text and verify each page. Avoid uploading documents containing private information to services you do not trust. Keep the source images until you are sure the final PDF is correct.
